The machine is easy to use. The text display panel is showing the ongoing wash cycle and the HACCP function in the electronic control system monitors the washing process for an optimal wash result. The trays are fed into the machine with a maximum height of 370 mm.

Clean water is essential for life, but one in eight of the world’s population does not have access to it. With this aspect in mind Wexiödisk has developed a new dishwashing solution, called DUPLUS. The DUPLUS technology reduces the water consumption to a minimum. Therefore the WD-6 DUPLUS fits perfectly where the lack of water makes it hard to get good or sufficient washing results.

The WD-6 is very easy to use. The unique hood concept and the new Auto-Start function have improved the ergonomics of the machine and significantly simplified the wash process. Simply slide in the basket, the hood closes automatically and the machine starts. When the wash programme finishes, the hood opens automatically and allows the steam to escape at the back of the machine.

when a hood type machine is not quite enough, but a rack conveyor machine is already too much. The machine is ideal for the professional kitchens where the dishwashing operation time is short with relatively high capacity (schools or small staff canteens) or restaurants that have a short high capacity peak and otherwise low capacity need.

The WD-18CW trolley washer has been developed to meet the high industrial requirements of customers within the airline catering industry. Requirements such as excellent hygiene, high capacity and low operating costs made it impossible to use conventional technology.
