Cook Matic is a machine conceived to make pastry bases, sweet and salted short pastry, salted puff pastry of different shapes and sizes by virtue of the interchangeable plates. Through the coupling of the two (heated)plates and a simkple little ball of dough, you can obtain pastry ready to be stuffed and decorated according to your taste. Cook matic is a machine easy to use: you just have to settle the wished temperature which will appear on the display and the time necessary to cook your dough. Put the doses of dough in the machine, close it and push TIME, an acoustic signal will advise you at the end of the time you selected. Qualilty and taste of your short pastry will be the same having lower production costs. By using our distributor a single person (also an apprendice is able to make about 700 small pastries in an hour, moulded and cooked. For specific needs, by reducing cooking time, you can get pre-cooked pastry at 50-70 % to be stuffed later with cream or different dough and finish their cooking in the oven.
